CRITERIA :
- Movies in the TOP 10 must have been released theatrically or on a streaming service in the United States in 2022.
- I personally had to have seen it. None of the movies considered are without a full review.
I gave AVATAR: THE WAY OF WATER a high rating of 6 out of 7, but it wasn't perfect and a lot of it felt almost too familiar. I also wasn't crazy about the title of this one. The next installment will be called AVATAR: THE SEED BEARER, it's almost like James Cameron is pulling these titles out of the back of a Home & Garden magazine. This one lands at #7 because it's very solid, but there were 6 movies that were even better. Apparently, this thing also resonated with movie fans because it's currently still in theaters well over a month after it came out and it one of the biggest box office draws of all time.
