WHAT: ARROW
WHY: Umm this show freaking rocks. When a show can make you root for it's title character in 2 completely different ways, there is an element of success. It does not hurt that they cast Emily Bett Rickards, John Barrowman, David Ramsey and Stephen Amell.

Disclaimer : Yes I have seen the show you wanted me to watch. The only exception is GAME OF THRONES, so to all of that shows fans, I formerly apologize. From what I have heard it may have made the TOP 15.
