WHO : EGYPT CENTRAL
WHY : This is one of those bands that was a hold-over from 2012. I was so impressed with their song "WHITE RABBIT" that I couldn't leave them off the list this year despite the band breaking up. All of this bands stuff is great, but if you get a chance pull them up on Spotify or YouTube and check out "GHOST TOWN" in particular.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
