CHILDREN 18:3 comes in at #19 this year after not even making last years list. Doing some heavy touring this year helped, but also having one of the most energetic freakin live shows you have ever seen makes this trio worthy of #19. Think american-home-schooled-punk with an injection of awesome.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
