WHAT: ALMOST HUMAN
WHY: This shows first few episodes were mind-blowing. It dropped off for a bit but has gotten better with time. I would recommend they ramp up the story lines, it is starting to feel a bit like a regular cop show with a bit of tech thrown in. Having said that, it does warrant the #9 spot for 2013.

Disclaimer : Yes I have seen the show you wanted me to watch. The only exception is GAME OF THRONES, so to all of that shows fans, I formerly apologize. From what I have heard it may have made the TOP 15.
