WHAT: JACK THE GIANT SLAYER
WHY: In spite of all the nay-saying and bad reviews, this flick was probably the most "fun" thing I watched all year. Like in a a not much else was even close sort of way. I am not sure exactly what fans were looking for but we had Jack (check) and giants (check) and swashbuckling fun (check). Pretty freaking great in my book.
