WHY: 1) Percy Jackson came to the rescue again here, but she showed off her "horror" chops this year also. Long rumored to be in the top say 5 picks for WONDER WOMAN we now know she won't be doing it. In spite of making the list this year, she is on a short list to get cut unless we see her in something amazing in 2014.

Disclaimer : You will notice 2 actresses that have made this list for year NOT on it. I don't like them any less, but you do have to have done "something" in 2013. Shorts don't cut it. Having said this, I think this list goes to TOP 20 next year. So many great actresses I had to skip over.
