WHY: Some people probably remember her from KICK ASS, but her most prominent role has been on the TV series NIKITA where in just 1 episode you will realize she isn't just a great actress worthy of this list, she is also one of the most overlooked.

Disclaimer : You will notice 2 actresses that have made this list for year NOT on it. I don't like them any less, but you do have to have done "something" in 2013. Shorts don't cut it. Having said this, I think this list goes to TOP 20 next year. So many great actresses I had to skip over.
