WHO: GEMMA ARTERTON
WHY: Aside from kicking bad witches straight back to hell in HANSEL AND GRETEL, Gemma also starred in BYZANTIUM which filmed in 2012 but never really made the rounds till 2013. Holy cow is all I have to say. It seems like every 3 years or so, Hollywood cant' get enough of Gemma.

Disclaimer : You will notice 2 actresses that have made this list for year NOT on it. I don't like them any less, but you do have to have done "something" in 2013. Shorts don't cut it. Having said this, I think this list goes to TOP 20 next year. So many great actresses I had to skip over.
