WHY: Even though she was in 42 and AMERICAN VIOLET back in 2008, Nicole didn't really get a huge break in front of a massive audience until she was given the lead in SLEEPY HOLLOW. Well, she isn't Icabod, but she is definitely the lead.

Disclaimer : You will notice 2 actresses that have made this list for year NOT on it. I don't like them any less, but you do have to have done "something" in 2013. Shorts don't cut it. Having said this, I think this list goes to TOP 20 next year. So many great actresses I had to skip over.
