WHY: I got introduced to her through the show ARROW but it wasn't until she landed a role on DRACULA that she won me over. Taking the number 10 spot, Jessica De Gouw is prime to hit the big screen sooner than later.

Disclaimer : You will notice 2 actresses that have made this list for year NOT on it. I don't like them any less, but you do have to have done "something" in 2013. Shorts don't cut it. Having said this, I think this list goes to TOP 20 next year. So many great actresses I had to skip over.
