WHO: MEIKO
WHY: This top 20 was probably my hardest ever. SO many bands I thought were worthy, then just trying to sort through all that. This is one of those artists I felt I had to get on here especially after "BAD THINGS" came out this year. So yeah, MEIKO, not only an anime character apparently. Spotify "MEIKO" "Bad Things" you won't be disappointed. "Lights On" is also superb.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
