WHO: SPENCE
WHY: This band has been getting out more and more gig wise, but what really put them over the top this year was the release of their EP "NIGHTMARES" this year. The band is also very fan friendly which is just freaking outstanding and I can't wait to see these guys continue to grow and rock this place. They would not be even close to 7 if they didn't rock already though.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
