WHY: I AM EMPIRE just released a new CD called "Anchors". It's epic, you should buy it and listen to it 20 times. Especially the kick off song "Gravity Bomb". From a band that didn't even come close to the top 20 last year to # 4, great job guys. Great rock out of San Jose, CA.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
