WHO: PORCELAIN BLACK
WHY: I wasn't into Alaina's latest incarnation PORCELAIN BLACK all that much when the first came out but somehow they were able to sneak into my TOP 20 last year at #20, and even higher this year at #14. She's probably got the best female rock voice of all time. Don't believe me, youtube GASOLINE by Porcelain and the Tramps or check out PRETTY LITTLE PSYCHO off Porcelain Black's up coming CD.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
