WHO: TOM MISON
WHY: He kills bad guys mostly with his mind. Sometimes he does shoot them, with his mind. No, that has never happened, that was just made up. Tom is definitely helped by the fact that he is in SLEEPY HOLLOW. Otherwise I would never have even heard of him.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
