WHY: Everyone knows her from DR. WHO by now but she also stars in a late night show on ADULT SWIM called NTSF:SD:SUV where she is even more ridiculous. I say that as a term of endearment. In 2014 she will only be in one of the most anticipated movies of the year, GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY.

Disclaimer : You will notice 2 actresses that have made this list for year NOT on it. I don't like them any less, but you do have to have done "something" in 2013. Shorts don't cut it. Having said this, I think this list goes to TOP 20 next year. So many great actresses I had to skip over.
