WHO: ICON FOR HIRE
WHY: There are a TON of great female lead bands out there right now. THE LETTER BLACK and CHERRY BOMB both made last years list. However the only band that in my opinion improved significantly this year was ICON FOR HIRE. Their self-titled CD just came out this year but I do feel it will see even more success than their debut "Scripted".

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
