MELANIE MARTINEZ : 2 seasons ago I thought Melanie should have won "THE VOICE" tv show outright. Instead she is touring heavily and playing all over the US. Unfortunately this years drop in the TOP 20 has more to do with not having a CD than it does lack of effort. She does have a video that looks to be starting production soon, but we will have to see how that helps out in 2014.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
