WHY: Admittedly this band hasn't put out anything in 2 years. The good news, is that they are writing a new CD and I can't wait to hear more. Really dig this band especially their cut PUT YOUR GUNS DOWN off their THE WRONG THINGS CD. I am guessing you haven't heard these guys, so if you have Spotify you can check them out now.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
