WHO: NORMAN REEDUS
WHY: The Walking Dead has been on for 3 years now. In spite of how amazing it is. This is the first time I have had an actor from the show end up in my TOP 10. Nice job Norman. In order to hold the spot, I'd like to see him branch out from the show a bit more. Having said all that, he actually did do a voice over as THE PUNISHER for IRON MAN : RISE OF THE TECHNOVORE.

I know the year is not over yet, but this list assumes that nothing major will be coming out in the final month that will be considered worth making a change over. However it is does, all December top 10 worthy candidates will be considered for the 2014 list.
