I am pretty secure in saying that most of you have NOT seen this. If you consider yourself a fan of horror comedies this is pretty much a must. I also doubt this one will ever get to the cult status it deserves, but TUCKER & DALE VS EVIL is a flat out epic treat (albeit a little on the 80’s style gory side). This “reverse” horror flick is about two hillbillies who are mistaken for serial killers after taking a vacation to their summer home. A bunch of college kids encounter their worst nightmare, but the twist here is that it is nothing you’d expect.

FIREFLY fans will recognize Alan Tudyk right away, others will
remember Tyler Labine from RISE OF THE PLANET OF THE APES and a bunch of other
stuff. The supporting actors and actresses are stellar and Katrina Bowden (most
known as regular on 30 ROCK) does a great job in the role of
Aly.
This movie also have some gut busting lines that all by themselves make the movie worth more than one viewing. When it comes to horror comedies this is probably the best thing I have seen in a couple of years. Not joking. You can probably find this on a free streaming service somewhere. Give it about 20 minutes and enjoy the ride. This is not a B-movie.
